Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential partnerships with small businesses, marketing agencies, and industry influencers to expand BYRD's reach and visibility.Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and grow BYRD's customer base, including identifying target markets, crafting pitches, and creating promotional offers. Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to maximize their advertising impact on the BYRD platform. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that terms are mutually beneficial and align with BYRD's business objectives and revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials to attract new clients and retain existing ones, including creating compelling sales collateral and attending industry events. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making. Provide training and support to independent agents within BYRD's network, equipping them with the knowledge and resources to effectively promote BYRD's services and drive sales. Generate reports and analyze data to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the success of business development initiatives, providing regular updates to management. Participate in strategic planning sessions to define business development goals and objectives, developing action plans to achieve targets, and adapting strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics. Attend networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to build relationships with potential clients and partners, representing BYRD and promoting its services to key stakeholders in the advertising and marketing industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or related roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of advertising industry trends and best practices (preferred).
Willingness to travel and attend events as required.
