Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract candidates with the right skills and experience through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Enhancing BYRD's reputation as an employer of choice by developing and implementing employer branding strategies that align with our company values and culture. Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to ensure timely hiring decisions. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry associations, to expand our talent network and pipeline. Analyzing recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize the recruitment process and enhance efficiency. Developing and delivering training programs and workshops for hiring managers and interviewers to improve their recruitment skills and ensure compliance with hiring best practices and regulations. Staying up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in talent management, recruitment, and employer branding, and sharing insights and recommendations with the team to drive continuous improvement. Exploring unconventional channels to identify and attract top talent, and developing partner branding strategies to enhance our visibility and attract strategic partnerships. Collaborating with the business development team to maximize sales opportunities by grouping agents together in packages that align with client needs and preferences. Leading the training and onboarding process for new agents, providing comprehensive training sessions and resources to ensure a smooth transition and effective performance. Conducting regular agent audits and follow-ups to evaluate performance, address concerns, and provide feedback and support as needed to maintain high levels of agent satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or talent management roles, with a track record of success in attracting and retaining top talent.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive recruitment outcomes.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and upholding ethical standards in recruitment practices.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms, to support recruitment activities effectively.
