Improve Agent Performance: Equip drivers with advanced skills and knowledge to generate more leads and higher-quality interactions.
Increase Agent Retention: Offer a pathway for career progression and recognition, fostering loyalty and reducing churn.
Justify Premium Pricing: Potentially allow Byrd to charge a premium for campaigns using Certified Agents.
Strengthen Brand Reputation: Elevate the overall perception of Byrd as a professional and reliable advertising platform.
II. Certification Requirements:
To become a Byrd Certified Agent, drivers must meet the following requirements:
Basic Eligibility:
Be an active Byrd Agent in good standing (no outstanding violations of the Independent Contractor Agreement or Code of Conduct).
Have completed a minimum number of campaigns (e.g., 5 campaigns) OR have been an active agent for a minimum period (e.g., 3 months). This ensures some basic experience.
Maintain a minimum average driver rating (e.g., 4.7 out of 5 stars) based on client and/or customer feedback.

Driving Record Review:
Submit a recent driving record (MVR) demonstrating a continued commitment to safe driving. Define specific criteria (e.g., no more than one minor moving violation in the past year).
Mandatory Training Module Completion:
Complete a specialized online training module covering the following topics:
Advanced Communication Skills: Role-playing scenarios, handling difficult questions, active listening, building rapport.
Brand Representation: In-depth training on representing client brands professionally and ethically. Emphasis on not overpromising or misrepresenting the client.
